Dr Seon Ho Shin graduated high school in Sydney, completed his medical degree MBBS at the University of New South Wales in 2012 and Master of Medicine (Clin Epi) at the University of Sydney in 2016.

He completed his medical training in Adelaide and was awarded a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2020. He has worked as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in 2021 and 2022. He then did further sub-specialty training in interventional endoscopy for 2 years at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (Perth, WA) in 2023-2024, specialising in a wide range of endoscopic skills including EUS, ERCP, spyglass, EMR, Double balloon enteroscopy, gastrointestinal cancer surveillance and expanded his main interests in pancreaticobiliary pathology.

Dr Seon Ho Shin is currently a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (Lyell McEwin Hospital / Modbury Hospital).
